| Taboo is a board game, but also a rationalist exercise that tests your whether your worldmodel is well-connected and deep, allowing you to find many relationships between domains and avoiding compartmentalization. The way the game works, you are required to get others to say a target word, while also avoiding the ones on a “prohibited” list.
We’ve found the PlayTaboo site to be a good source of material for playing with, so be ready to pull it up to get prompts. We’ll break into smaller groups if necessary. *** The meetup is at Central Market, 4001 N. Lamar, in the cafe area. Look for the LW and SSC signs.
